The Monroe Clinic is a 5,750 sf medical building in the rural city of Monroe, Utah. The clinic acts as a satellite clinic for the Gunnison Valley Hospital located 45 miles north. Included in the building is space for 2 general practitioners, a radiology room, a physical therapist’s office and a pharmacy. Raw Design worked closely with the client to anticipate current and future uses of the space. The building was designed such that the occupants of the clinic, physical therapy office, and pharmacy could be the same organization or individual tenants and the building could adapt as future needs changed.
