About:

The Monroe Clinic has a large presence in the small town of Monroe. The clinic sits on the south end of the Main Street. Future plans call for expansion of the city to the south. One aspiration of the client was to inspire innovative and higher quality design for future developments in the city. The project was an exercise in creating something unique and well designed using local trades and common building materials. As the budget was also a concern, every effort was made to optimize the floor plans and simplify construction methods.
